brands. He has held executive brand marketing positions for some of the most
culture defining and disruptive brands in America including Old Spice, Gain and
Taco Bell. He has led large, global and small businesses, consumer inspired
product and commercial initiatives, and managed large multifunctional/multiagency
and global teams that have led to sales, volume, and profit growth.
Throughout his career, Hamilton has demonstrated an entrepreneurial and
independent thinking mindset that has enabled him to build expertise in
business transformations/turnarounds, whitespace expansion and establishing
base and premium business segments. He has a unique philosophy on making
brand building personal. He has been recognized as a Brand Innovator 40 under
40 Class of 2015 and an iMedia Top 25 Marketing innovator of 2015.
In June 2016, Hamilton decided to leave his corporate executive role to pursue
his passion of brand building as an entrepreneur and founded The Brand
Building Groupe, LLC. It is boutique and culturally driven brand building
enterprise that is focused on helping companies of any size define culture
through experiences, create brand love with a highly targeted audience and
deliver sustainable revenue growth.
