Jerome Drolet

Jerome is currently serving as the Director of Customer Marketing for Bacardi where he leads the Shopper Marketing team for North America across the entire Bacardi portfolio. He is responsible for developing strategies, plans and propositions to deliver sales and profit across all channels in North America.

Jerome has 10 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverages and Spirits. Prior to joining Bacardi, Jerome had a successful international career with Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola in a variety of sales, strategy and marketing positions of increasing responsibilities. Most recently, Jerome was the Group Director, Commercialization for the Minute Maid division where he was responsible for innovation launches and strategy for the multi-billion dollar portfolio. Prior to that, he was managing the half a billion dollar Minute-Maid Walmart US business.
Jerome also spent several years with Procter & Gamble working on a variety of categories including Beauty, Home Care, Grooming, Health and Baby Care in sales and headquarter positions.

Jerome holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a MBA from Laval University in Quebec, Canada. His passions include global travel, coaching, investment management, reading and spending time with his family. Over the years, Jerome has been recognized for his outstanding business performance, passion and energy.
